Morning Gymnastics
What better way to kick your brain cells into working condition than starting the day with a nice, quick meme?
Comment and I'll give you a letter; then you have to list 10 things you love that begin with that letter. After, post this in your journal, and give out some letters of your own.
So, of all the possible letters contained in the standard Latin alphabet,
atti_br gave me an 'O'. Let's see if I can stretch my mind enough to make this work *g*
01. Orange: Such a great colour. All warm, cheerful and lively. Lots of pretty things are orange. Pumpkins and gerberas and Wesley, the spaniel.
02. Oldman, Gary: Impressive actor. Even though I did not enjoy most of his his movies, I very much enjoy seeing the man on the silver screen.
03. Ondaatje, Michael: Outstanding writer. A true magician with language.
04. Oregano: Essential spice. No Spaghetti sauce without it.
05. Oil painting: Suits my natural predispositions and mediocre artistical skills so much better than pencil drawings. If only the materials weren't so expensive.
06. Opera: No explanation needed. Favourite composers are Verdi and Mozart.
07. Ontology, the study of being or existence: Spot the philosophy fan *g*.
08. Originality: Where would mankind be without it?
09. Oleander: Pretty plant, usually. There is a rather crooked and haggard one kept as prisoner on our terrace.
10. Onomatopoeia: Most brilliant stylistic device ever, especially if employed in prose texts.
