Black pudding and pan-fried scallops
with roasted beetroot, parsnips and leek at the side.

Mushrooms, roasted vegetables and a sour cream dip with fresh chives

with neeps, tatties and whisky sauce

4th course:
Dessert
Cranachan, kindly provided by T.

Sounds yummy. We only had the 3rd course minus the neeps unfortunately, as they seemed to have sold out everywhere. I had to improvise and replace them with butternut squash, which I doubt Robbie Burns would have been familiar with!
